It’s nice to be important, but it’s more important to be nice.

It’s wonderful and admirable to achieve our goals and grow in importance.  We should keep working to make our dreams come true and enjoy the prominence we achieve as we grow.

However, we must always remember to honor another’s journey by showing respect and kindness to everyone we come in contact with.  Everyone we meet has something to teach us or leave us with.  Be mindful of not getting consumed with your own self-importance.  Doing so only does you an ill service.
