As we go along in life, a limitless number of temptations present themselves, providing the opportunity to make a decision that could cause us to lose the good status of our reputations.    It can be a very challenging to always take the high road and avoid the trappings of what appears to be easy success. 

But you know what is harder, getting back your good reputation after a poor choice.  Everyone deserves a second chance, but a second chance is not an automatic given.  In order to earn a second chance, you must display over an extended period of time that you are honorable and trustworthy again.   While you are working to earn your second chance, this period can be very painful and cause you to have to work much harder to get what you could have gotten had you made a better choice earlier.

No one has ever regretted doing the right thing because even when it is difficult to do the right thing, the soul always finds peace.
