Do you let life’s little challenges prevent you from being at peace?

Don’t.  These challenges usually present themselves when someone else is trying to unload their stress onto you.  They may do it knowingly or unknowingly or are simply so ignorant they don’t care how their behavior is effecting you.

However, sometimes we can be our own source of stress when we let petty issues consume us or when we choose to dwell on the negative.

Let me suggest some wise words that you may find helpful to regain your peace when others are testing your patience.

Be above that and don’t stoop to their level.
 By getting into with someone who is determined to make you the target of their angst, you will only become more aggravated.  Just let it go.

When you are the source of your own stress, try and remember to

Count your blessings.
When you re-focus on the positive, you will be able to separate yourself from the negative and will more quickly regain a happy, peaceful state of mind.
