On Sunday, December 6, 2009, The Home News Tribune ran an article titled, “Homemade for the Holidays,” which mentioned “Wise Words & Witty Expressions.”  The article references the success of the East Brunswick Friends of the Library Holiday Bazaar, which I participated in.  The article said, “Also on hand was Fords resident Renee Gatz, who signed copies of the self-published book “Wise Words & Witty Expressions,” which was released in September.  Gatz, who grew up in Sayreville, said the book is a collection of the expressions she heard repeatedly throughout her youth from her parents.”

The article also included a picture of Marian Bruno, the 97 year old reader that I mentioned in my earlier blog post, who came out to meet me and get a copy of the book.
